About Us

The Vanderbilt Snowmobile Club maintains 20 miles of C4 and C4C main corridor trails in Oswego County.  Our trails connect East/West from Cleveland to West Monroe and North up to Panther Lake providing easy access to the Tug Hill region from Oneida Lake.

Vanderbilt was incorporated in 1966, making it one of the founding clubs of the New York snowmobile trail system.  Our trails are a mix of long, wide straightaways and twisty, hilly woods sections.

Our famous warming shack is located right on the C4 trail about 2 miles North of Oneida Lake and is a great place to stop to rest and warm up.  Everyone is welcome and the wood pile is stocked and ready for a fire when the snow flies.

We are always happy to see new and old members at our meetings and events.  Our club is comprised of 100% volunteers who maintain the trails for all to enjoy.  We appreciate all who support our club with your labor, interest, dues and donations.   We are non-profit organization and we welcome you to donate funds and materials along with your participation in our various Fund Raisers to help us continue to provide a safe and enjoyable trail system. Donate securely via the PayPal button located at the bottom of the page.

Our trails open the day after Northern Zone hunting season closes - snow conditions permitting. Please ride safely and respect the trail surface and our landowners - without them there would be no trails.
